Two-man scramble on the 23rd best 9-hole golf course in the world according to Golf Magazine. Come experience the "volcano hole" for yourself at one of Wisconsin's most historic golf courses.

**Registration will be open to Assistants, EMs, Students, and Industry Partners to begin, and if room is available, all members will be allowed to register at a later date**

10 am Shotgun Start

$45 entry fee per person, sign up as a single or twosome. We will pair singles together. However, if a preferred partner is also playing, please let us know who you want to play with.

Tacos, cash bar, networking, and prizes to follow completion of the round.

Timeline:

9:15-10:00: Check-in, Coffee, and Donuts.

10:00-12:00: Shooting event. Each participant will shoot 50 clays over the course of 12 stations. We will have teams of four people, and awards will be given to the top 3 teams and top 3 individuals.

12:00-3:00: BBQ lunch buffet, awards, and open bar courtesy of our sponsors.

Registration limited to the first 80 people!

All needed equipment (guns, ammo, ear protection, and eye protection) will be provided. If you rent a gun, you must use the provided ammo. You can bring your own items, too, but the price doesn't change.

Winter Sim Golf Tournament (11/30/2026)

WGCSA Winter Sim Golf Tournament

Join your WGCSA colleagues this winter for the inaugural simulator golf tournament. This new event is meant to be a fun, casual way of getting together during the offseason to shoot the breeze and play a bit of indoor golf. The format and rules are quite simple:

Each team must be composed of two WGCSA members.
Teams will play head-to-head fourball matches with the winner advancing in the 32-team bracket. If the match is tied after 18 holes, you will play additional holes until the tie is broken.
Handicaps will be used. We prefer official handicaps but will be using the honor system this year for those who don't have one. Official handicaps may be required in future years.
Putting is optional. If you and your opponent can't agree on whether your competition will include putting, you'll flip a coin to make the decision.
Teams connect with each other to schedule a date and location. Competition starts as early as November 30.
There are deadlines by which the matches must be completed: December 15 for the Round of 32, January 15 for the Round of 16, February 15 for the Round of 8, and March 15 for the Semi-Finals and Finals.
Brackets will be configured to minimize travel in the early rounds, but there is a chance that you may have to travel a few hours for any match.
All match outcomes shall be reported to Jake Schneider upon completion who will assist with connecting teams as needed.
There will be a non-cash prize for the ultimate winner.
